Follow My Leader - to effect change, leaders must Walk the Talk!

A leadership role

Change in each project must wear many hats to be a leader, but his role will be divided into two main areas:

1. Set the strategic direction of the change and;

2. Convince all the most important.

The importance of the first part of this role is well understood and that is another article on another day, but the second part is often overlooked (or very badly done) and may be even more important.
